摘  要:表面颜色是评价木材质量的重要指标之一,而木材中的抽提物、木质素在决定木材颜色性质方面起着至关重要的作用。以白栎木粉为原材料,研究了天然木粉、脱木质素木粉和去抽提物木粉在铁离子处理前后的成分、官能团、C和O元素化学价态以及颜色的变化,探讨了铁离子诱导抽提物、木质素对白栎木颜色的影响。结果表明:白栎木粉经铁离子处理后,苯醇抽提物中的酮类、醛类、酯类等物质的含量和种类显著减少,导致发色基团和助色基团的含量和种类减少;木质素中不饱和羰基的红外光谱特征峰变小甚至部分消失,C1、C2、C3、C4和O1、O2的原子含量和占比也发生变化,主要表现为C=O的含量减少以及C—O的含量增加。同时,紫外漫反射光谱表明,对白栎木粉直接进行铁离子处理会降低其在可见光区的光反射率,其在K/S吸收光谱中的λ_(max)发生红移(向长波方向移动),在近紫外区和可见光区对光的吸收都显著增强,颜色加深;白栎木粉经脱木质素或去抽提物后再进行铁离子处理会相对提升其可见光区的光反射率,其在K/S吸收光谱中的λ_(max)则发生蓝移(向短波方向移动),在近紫外区和可见光区的吸收减少,对可见光的吸收强度更接近天然白栎木,实现了大色差白栎木的颜色调控,使其更贴近自然本色。Wood,as a prominent biomass building material,possesses numerous exceptional inherent properties including aesthetically pleasing appearance,high strength-to-weight ratio,ease of processing,recyclability,and commendable thermal insulation performance.Consequently,it is widely utilized in construction and home-related applications.Surface color is a critical criterion in evaluating wood quality,primarily influenced by the lignin and extracts within the wood,which play a key role in determining its chromatic properties.This study examined the composition,functional groups,valence states of C and O elements,and color variations in natural wood powder,ligninized wood powder,and de-extracted wood powder before and after ferric iron ion treatment.The influence of ferric iron ion-induced extraction and lignin on the color of white oak was analyzed.The results demonstrated a significant reduction in both quantity and diversity of ketones,aldehydes,and esters present in the benzenol extract after the treatment with ferric iron ions,leading to a concomitant decrease in the abundance and variety of chromophores.The characteristic peak of the unsaturated carbonyl group in the infrared spectrum of lignin diminished or even partially disappeared.The characteristic absorption peak of lignin,typically observed in the range of 1000 to 1500 cm-1,was no longer detectable.The atomic composition and relative proportion of C1,C2,C3,C4,O1,and O2 underwent simultaneous alterations.These changes primarily indicated a reduction in the concentration of C=O and an increase in the abundance of C—O.The complex reaction of iron ions with carbonyl,hydroxyl,and carboxyl groups in lignin and extractions was indirectly proven.The UV diffuse reflection spectra demonstrated that the direct ferric iron ion treatment of white oak powder led to a reduction in its optical reflectance within the visible region,accompanied by a red shift(towards longer wavelengths)ofλ_(max)in the K/S absorption spectrum.Furthermore,there was a significant enhancement i
