摘 要:以6个“无絮”雄性良种无性系杨树为研究对象,对其木材解剖特性纵向和径向变异规律进行分析,从而为筛选优良杨树无性系提供理论依据。通过采集安徽省太和县林场7年生鲁林9号杨、江淮1号杨、巨霸杨、美洲黑杨2025号、中嘉2号杨和xl-90号杨6个无性系杨树木材,分析不同无性系杨树的纤维长度、纤维宽度、纤维长宽比和双壁厚的变异规律。结果表明:6个无性系杨树的纤维长度、纤维宽度、纤维长宽比和双壁厚均值分别为863.01~939.94、21.00~22.28、41.86~46.01和5.80~8.18μm,6个杨树无性系纤维长度为863.01~939.94μm,属于中级长度。江淮1号杨的纤维长度和纤维长宽比在0.05水平上显著高于其他无性系,xl-90杨的纤维宽度在0.05水平上显著高于其他无性系,美洲黑杨2025号的双壁厚在0.05水平上显著高于其他无性系杨树;各无性系杨树木材解剖特征在树干纵向上的变化规律差异较大,并且同一无性系的解剖特征纵向不同高度上的差异显著;径向上由髓心向外,各无性系杨树的纤维长度、纤维宽度和纤维长宽比随着年轮的增加而显著增加。综合分析各解剖特征指标,江淮1号杨同其他无性系相比,其木材最适合用于纸浆造纸的原材料。Taking six male poplar clones without floc as the research object,the longitudinal and radial variation patterns of their wood anatomical characteristics were analyzed,thereby providing a theoretical basis for screening excellent poplar clones.By collecting six clones of poplar wood from seven-year-old Populus deltoides‘Lulin 9’,P.deltoides‘Jianghuai No.1’,P.deltoides‘Nanyang’,P.deltoides‘Zhonghe 1’,P.deltoides‘Zhongjia 2’and P.deltoides‘Xianglin 90’from Taihe County Forest Farm in Anhui Province,China,the variation patterns of fiber length,fiber width,fiber aspect ratio and double wall thickness of different poplar clones were analyzed.The results showed that the average ranges of fiber length,fiber width,fiber aspect ratio and double wall thickness of the six poplar clones were respectively 863.01-939.94,21.00-22.28,41.86-46.01 and 5.80-8.18μm.The fiber length of the six poplar clones ranged from 863.01-939.94μm,which belonged to the intermediate length.The fiber length and fiber aspect ratio of P.deltoides‘Jianghuai No.1’were significantly higher than other cloned poplar trees at the 0.05 level.The fiber width of P.deltoides‘Xianglin 90’Poplar was significantly higher than other cloned poplar trees at the 0.05 level.For the P.deltoides‘Zhonghe 1’,the double-wall thickness of poplar trees was significantly higher than that of other cloned poplar trees at the 0.05 level.The anatomical characteristics of poplar clones varied greatly in the longitudinal direction of the trunk.The anatomical characteristics of clones differed significantly at different heights in the longitudinal direction.Radially from the pith outward,the fiber length,fiber width and fiber aspect ratio of each clone increased significantly with the increase of annual rings,and the microfibril angle increased.As the annual rings increased,the overall decrease gradually decreased,but the difference was not significant.The double-wall thickness changed with the increase of annual rings,and the difference between
