摘  要:采用涡流阵列技术,对奥氏体不锈钢材料和焊缝不同部位的不同类型人工缺陷进行了检测试验,通过对试验数据的分析,得到该技术在现有设备系统配置和检测对象条件下的检测能力。试验结果表明,涡流阵列检测技术可以有效检测出基材上埋藏深度达3 mm和焊缝区域埋藏深度达1 mm的近表面缺陷,以及深度超过0.5 mm的表面开口缺陷。Eddy current array technology was applied to detect different types of artificial defects in different parts of austenitic stainless steel materials and welds.Through the analysis of test data,the detection ability of the technology under the condition of existing equipment system configuration and detection object was obtained.The test results showed that the eddy current array testing technology could effectively detect the subsurface defects with a depth of 3 mm for material and 1 mm for weld,as well as the surface opening defects with a depth of more than 0.5 mm.
