摘 要:建立高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定儿童化妆品中本维莫德、他克莫司、吡美莫司以及噻吗洛尔4种组分。样品采用甲醇超声提取,以5 mmol/L乙酸铵溶液和甲醇为流动相,经C_(18)(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm)色谱柱梯度洗脱分离,采用电喷雾离子源(ESI),在正、负离子多反应监测(MRM)模式下测定。4种组分在各自的质量浓度范围内与对应的色谱峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数均不小于0.997;方法检出限为0.001~0.01 mg/kg,定量限为0.002~0.025mg/kg,在润肤霜、润肤乳、爽身露3种基质中加标平均回收率为90.1%~114.9%,测试结果的相对标准偏差为0.7%~6.9%(n=6)。该方法特异性强、灵敏度高、操作简便,能够用于化妆品中上述4种组分的定性定量测定。A high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)method was established for the determination of four components in children's cosmetics,namely Benvitimod,Tacrolimus,Pimecrolimus,and Timolol.The samples were ultrasonically extracted with methanol,separated on a C_(18) column(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm)with gradient elution using 5 mmol/L ammonium acetate aqueous solution and methanol as mobile phase,and detected by electrospray ionization(ESI)in positive and negative ion multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode.The four components had good linear relationship with the corresponding chromatographic peak area in their respective mass concentration ranges,and the correlation coefficients were all not less than 0.997;the method detection limits were 0.001-0.01 mg/kg,and the quantification limits were 0.002-0.025 mg/kg.The average recovery rates in three matrices of emollient cream,emollient lotion,and body mist were 90.1%-114.9%,and the relative standard deviations of the test results(RSD)were 0.7%-6.9%.This method is highly specific,sensitive,and it is easy to operate,can be used for the qualitative and quantitative determination of the above four components illegally added in cosmetics.
