摘 要:采用高效液相色谱指纹图谱及化学模式识别比较不同产地荷叶中生物碱类成分的差异性,筛选出生物碱类差异性标志物,建立了荷叶生物碱类成分含量测定方法。荷叶指纹图谱中确定了24个共有峰,指认了8个生物碱类成分;聚类分析和主成分分析结果表明同一产地荷叶的质量较接近;正交偏最小二乘法-判别分析结果发现,有5种生物碱类成分是造成不同产地间荷叶质量差异的标志物;含量测定结果显示,大部分内陆省市的荷叶中生物碱类标志物含量较高。该方法可反映不同产地荷叶的质量差异,为荷叶的质量评价及控制提供参考。The differences was compared in alkaloid components in different origins of Nelumbinis Folium using high performance liquid chromatography fingerprint chromatogram,and chemical pattern recognition Alkaloid-type differential markers were screened out and a method for determining the content of alkaloid components in Nelumbinis Folium was established.A total of 24 common peaks were identified in the lotus leaf fingerprint chromatogram,and 8 alkaloid components were identified.Hierarchical cluster analysis and principal component analysis results showed that the quality of Nelumbinis Folium from the same origin was relatively close.Orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis results showed that there were 5 alkaloid components that were differential markers between different origins of Nelumbinis Folium.The content determination results showed that the content of alkaloid markers in most inland provinces was higher.This method can reflect the quality differences between different origins of Nelumbinis Folium and provide reference for the quality evaluation and control of Nelumbinis Folium.
