摘 要:介绍了超临界二氧化碳萃取仪的工作原理,通过精准调控温度、压力,使二氧化碳流体呈现介于气液之间的超临界态,利用其高扩散性与可调溶解能力选择性萃取目标组分,最终通过减压分离实现目标组分的回收。从样品准备、工作方式、7个仪器模块、萃取时间等方面,阐述了仪器使用和参数设置的注意问题。细致讲解了如何依据不同样品特性进行预处理,以确保萃取效果。阐述了其自动化与手动操作相结合的模式,以及不同工作模式的适用场景。对于仪器的7个关键模块,即萃取剂模块、制冷模块、高压模块、改性剂模块、温度控制模块、萃取模块和分离模块,深入介绍了各模块参数设置的要点,并分别说明了仪器的日常维护内容,针对常见问题,详细分析了可能的原因,并给出了相应的解决措施,为保障超临界二氧化碳萃取仪的稳定运行和延长使用寿命提供了全面的指导。The working principle of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction instrument was introduced.By accurately adjusting the temperature and pressure,the carbon dioxide fluid presents a supercritical state between gas and liquid.The target components were selectively extracted by its high diffusivity and adjustable solubility,and finally the target components are recovered by decompression separation.From the aspects of sample preparation,working mode,seven instrument modules,extraction time,etc.,the matters needing attention in the use of instruments and parameter setting were expounded.How to pretreat according to the characteristics of different samples to ensure the extraction effect was explained in detail.The mode of combining automation with manual operation and the applicable scenarios of different working modes were described.For the seven key modules of the instrument,namely the extractant module,refrigeration module,high-pressure module,modifier module,temperature control module,extraction module,and separation module,a profound introduction to the key points of parameter setting for each module was given.Additionally,the daily maintenance content of the instrument was expounded separately.In the case of common problems,a detailed analysis of the possible causes was conducted,and corresponding solutions were provided.This study offers a comprehensive guide for ensuring the stable operation and extending the service life of the supercritical carbon dioxide extraction instrument.
