面向高层钢结构装配式住宅的建筑施工技术分析

摘  要:为保证高层钢结构装配式建筑的施工质量,并延长其使用寿命,以实际工程为例,对施工过程中存在的难点进行深入分析,在此基础上,结合具体的工程环境,设计面向高层钢结构装配式住宅的吊装施工方案,并选定适宜的吊装系统设备,确保建筑的顺利吊装施工。通过对分析抗建筑竣工后的抗剪承载力和抗弯承载力进行测试分析得出:建筑各测试位置的抗剪承载力和抗弯承载力分别达到了1205.3 kN和101.7 kN·m以上,符合建筑施工标准要求。In order to ensure the construction quality of high-rise steel structure prefabricated buildings and extend their service life,taking actual engineering as an example,this paper deeply analyzes the difficulties in the construction process.Based on this,combined with the specific engineering environment,a lifting construction plan for high-rise steel structure prefabricated residential buildings is designed,and suitable lifting system equipment is selected to ensure the smooth lifting construction of the building.Through testing and analysis of the shear bearing capacity and bending bearing capacity of the building after completion,it was found that the shear bearing capacity and bending bearing capacity of each test location of the building reached 1205.3 kN and 101.7 kN·m respectively,which meets the requirements of the construction standards.
