装配式钢结构施工关键技术研究

摘　　要：一零一中学教学楼为装配式钢框架结构,故采用“快速建造流水段划分”的施工技术。因钢结构安装受场地条件影响,故采用散装法施工,按照区域布置进行流水施工。研究以学校实际工程为例,对装配式钢框架结构的重点及难点、施工部署、框架结构安装、桁架吊装、压型钢板铺设等进行了分析,探讨出装配式钢框架结构在工程中的应用,以期为工程结构形式提供参考。The teaching building of 101 Middle School is a prefabricated steel frame structure,so the construction technology of"rapid construction flow section division"is adopted.Due to the influence of site conditions on the installation of steel structures,bulk construction method is adopted,and flow construction is carried out according to the regional layout.Taking actual engineering projects in schools as an example,this study analyzes the key and difficult points,construction deployment,frame structure installation,truss hoisting,and profiled steel plate laying of prefabricated steel frame structures,and explores the application of prefabricated steel frame structures in engineering,in order to provide reference for engineering structural forms.
