摘 要:超长混凝土悬挑板在建筑行业广泛应用,但其施工难度大、设计与施工精度仍有完善空间。为提升施工质量,研究依托某大型产业园工程实例,将超长悬挑板的错层布置设计与具体施工相结合,详细分析了超长混凝土悬挑板错层布置的技术难题,阐述了具体的施工工艺流程及施工要点,并提出了相应的质量控制措施,同时通过阳台悬挑板现场温度监测数据分析验证了施工效果。实践结果证明,项目中的超长悬挑板错层布置设计应用施工质量可靠,能够有效防止质量裂缝问题。Ultra long concrete cantilever slabs are widely used in the construction industry,but their construction difficulty is high and there is still room for improvement in design and construction accuracy.To improve the construction quality,this study relies on a large industrial park project as an example to combine the staggered layout design of ultra long cantilever slabs with specific construction.It analyzes in detail the technical difficulties of staggered layout of ultra long concrete cantilever slabs,elaborates on the specific construction process and key points,and proposes corresponding quality control measures.At the same time,the construction effect is verified by analyzing the temperature monitoring data of balcony cantilever slabs on site.The practical results have proved that the design and application of the staggered layout of the ultra long cantilever board in the project have reliable construction quality and can effectively prevent quality cracks.
