摘　　要：研究从住宅小区卫生间降板区域的施工质量和经济上着手,实际工程中在方案上将原有木模板作法进行了优化,保证施工质量的同时也减少了后期结构处理费用,提高了施工效率,并取得了较好的效果,该技术可实现提高质量,降低成本,增加经济效益的目标。The study focuses on the construction quality and economy of the bathroom floor area in residential communities.In actual engineering,the original wooden formwork method was optimized in the plan to ensure construction quality while reducing later structural treatment costs,improving construction efficiency,and achieving good results.This technology can achieve the goals of improving quality,reducing costs,and increasing economic benefits.
