摘 要:针对硬土层穿越困难问题,传统施工常通过钻进、水冲等引孔法解决。但是引孔降低了引孔部位的挤土效应,削弱了桩侧摩阻力,导致桩基承载力不可控。基于此,研究提出了变径引孔技术,中空钻杆前端安装中空引孔器,喷水管与吸泥管安放在中空管道内。引孔器侧面为螺旋叶片,螺旋叶片可在地面控制系统的控制下打开,在旋转中即可达到变直径引孔的目的。该技术可有效减少挤土效应,大幅提高预应力管桩植桩效率,且其成桩后承载能力可靠。The difficulty of crossing through hard soil layers is often solved through methods such as drilling and water flushing.However,the use of boreholes reduces the soil squeezing effect at the borehole location,weakens the lateral friction resistance of the pile,and leads to uncontrollable bearing capacity of the pile foundation.Based on this,a variable diameter drilling technology was proposed,in which a hollow drilling rod was installed with a hollow drilling device at the front end,and the water spray pipe and suction pipe were placed inside the hollow pipeline.The side of the hole guide is equipped with spiral blades,which can be opened under the control of the ground control system and achieve the effect of variable diameter hole guide during rotation.This technology can effectively reduce soil squeezing effect,greatly improve the efficiency of prestressed pipe pile planting,and its bearing capacity after pile formation is reliable.
