摘 要:通过研究长距离曲线顶管技术在富水砂层市政施工中的应用,可有效解决传统施工方法在效率、成本和环境破坏方面的难题。该技术通过非开挖方式,精确控制顶进方向,优化注浆减阻,强化泥浆循环,降低了顶进阻力和地层扰动,确保了管道铺设的精准与安全。在实际工程项目中,该技术展现出了较高的施工效率、成本控制能力和环境影响小的优势。然而,在应用过程中其也面临一定的挑战。研究总结了关键成功因素,包括施工流程、顶力理论分析和施工纠偏技术等,并结合实际工程施工情况,为长距离曲线顶管技术的广泛应用提供了理论支持与实践指导。By studying the application of long distance curve pipe jacking technology in the municipal construction of water-rich sand layer,it can effectively solve the problems of efficiency,cost and environmental damage of traditional construction methods.By means of trenchless method,the technology can precisely control the jacking direction,optimize grouting drag reduction,strengthen mud circulation,reduce jacking resistance and formation disturbance,and ensure the precision and safety of pipeline laying.In practical engineering projects,the technology has shown the advantages of high construction efficiency,cost control ability and low environmental impact.However,it also faces some challenges in the process of application.The key success factors,including construction process,theoretical analysis of jacking force and construction correction technology,are summarized.Combined with the actual construction situation,theoretical support and practical guidance are provided for the wide application of long distance curved pipe jacking technology.
