摘 要:针对强盐碱地区桥梁基础施工的特殊环境要求,研究通过实地调查和材料选择,提出了一种针对青海桥梁工程的防腐施工工艺。研究首先进行地质勘察,明确了地下水含盐量和土壤碱性程度,基于此信息选用抗硫酸盐水泥和低硫酸盐含量骨料,确保混凝土结构具有较强的耐腐蚀性。施工工艺流程包括施工准备、测绘放线、成孔、混凝土灌注和防水沥青涂抹等关键步骤。通过系统的工艺设计和严格的现场执行,其有效提升了结构的稳定性和耐久性。In response to the special environmental requirements for bridge foundation construction in strong saline alkali areas,a corrosion-resistant construction process for bridge engineering in Qinghai Province was proposed through field investigations and material selection.The study first conducted geological exploration to determine the salt content of groundwater and the alkalinity of soil.Based on this information,sulfate resistant cement and low sulfate content aggregates were selected to ensure that the concrete structure has strong corrosion resistance.The construction process includes key steps such as construction preparation,surveying and setting out,drilling,concrete pouring,and waterproof asphalt application.Through systematic process design and strict on-site execution,it effectively enhances the stability and durability of the structure.
