屋面柔性防水技术在医院施工工程中的应用

摘　　要：为了提升医院医疗卫生用房工程项目的建设质量,研究以屋面工程建设为例,分析了屋面柔性防水技术的应用措施,通过采用理论结合实践的方法,在简单介绍实际项目案例的基础上,分析了项目建设遇到的重难点与解决措施,最终围绕如何进行屋面柔性防水技术应用,从保温层施工、防水卷材施工、施工注意事项等方面入手,提出了一些施工技术措施,其中在施工注意事项方面,引入了成本控制模型,最终有效提升了屋面防水施工成本控制效果。在上述施工技术措施应用的支持下,最终实现了提升屋面工程建设质量水平的目标。In order to improve the construction quality of hospital medical and health housing projects,the study takes roof construction as an example to analyze the application measures of flexible roof waterproofing technology.Through the method of combining theory with practice,and on the basis of a brief introduction of actual project cases,it analyzes the major difficulties encountered in project construction and solutions.Finally,it focuses on how to apply flexible roof waterproofing technology.From the aspects of insulation layer construction,waterproof coil construction and construction precautions,some construction technical measures are put forward.In the aspect of construction precautions,cost control model is introduced,which effectively improves the cost control effect of roof waterproof construction.With the support of the application of the above construction technical measures,the goal of improving the quality level of roofing engineering construction is finally achieved.
