摘 要:针对哈尔滨市西大桥维修改造工程,研究深入探讨了盖梁钢抱箍支架技术在城市主干路桥梁改造中的应用实践。西大桥作为连接哈尔滨市西大直街与滨绥铁路的重要交通枢纽,其改造工程旨在提升桥梁承载能力与安全性,以适应日益增长的现代交通需求。研究首先概述了西大桥的地理位置、既有桥梁状况及其在城市交通网络中的战略意义,随后明确了改造工程的目标在于优化交通布局、强化结构安全,并引入先进的施工技术。在技术应用层面,聚焦于盖梁钢抱箍支架技术的核心优势,揭示了该技术在支撑桥梁新旧结构转换,确保施工安全的决定性作用。通过实践案例分析,揭示了在既有线复杂作业条件下,面对施工环境限制所采取的创新策略与解决办法,如快速安装技术的运用以及如何通过精准定位系统提升施工效率。最后展望了该技术在未来城市桥梁改造领域的广阔应用前景,提出了持续技术创新与优化的路径建议,旨在为工程实际提供宝贵的参考与借鉴。Aiming at the maintenance and reconstruction project of Harbin West Bridge,the paper discusses the application of steel hoop support technology in the reconstruction of urban main road bridge.As an important transportation hub connecting Xidazhi Street and Binsui Railway in Harbin city,the renovation project aims to improve the bearing capacity and safety of the bridge to meet the growing modern traffic needs.This paper first summarizes the geographical location of the West Bridge,the condition of the existing bridge and its strategic significance in the urban traffic network,and then makes it clear that the goal of the reconstruction project is to optimize the traffic layout,strengthen the structural safety,and introduce advanced construction technology.At the technical application level,the paper focuses on the core advantages of steel hoop support technology,and reveals the decisive role of this technology in supporting the transformation of old and new structures of Bridges and ensuring construction safety.Through the analysis of practical cases,it reveals the innovative strategies and solutions adopted in the face of construction environmental constraints under the complex operating conditions of existing lines,such as the application of rapid installation technology and how to improve construction efficiency through accurate positioning system.Finally,the broad application prospect of the technology in the field of urban bridge reconstruction in the future is prospected,and the path suggestions for continuous technical innovation and optimization are put forward,aiming at providing valuable reference for engineering practice.
