摘 要:悬臂挂篮技术因具备施工速度快、材料节省及施工灵活等优势,故被广泛应用于工程建设领域,弥补了传统钢筋混凝土结构中受地质条件影响大、桥梁强韧度不足等问题。但在目前特殊及复杂桥梁工程中,对悬臂挂篮施工的复杂结构设计及施工应用要求较高,难以在保证施工质量的前提下提高施工效率,为此以某桥梁施工为案例,研究了悬臂挂篮的技术原理,优化了悬臂挂篮技术在桥梁施工中挂篮安装、悬臂浇筑及拼装等应用,以期为桥梁工程的施工提供参考。The cantilever hanging basket technology is widely used in the field of engineering construction due to its advantages of fast construction speed,material saving,and flexible construction,which makes up for the problems of traditional reinforced concrete structures being greatly affected by geological conditions and insufficient bridge strength and toughness.However,in current special and complex bridge engineering,the complex structural design and construction application requirements for cantilever hanging basket construction are high,making it difficult to improve construction efficiency while ensuring construction quality.Therefore,taking a certain bridge construction as a case study,the technical principles of cantilever hanging basket were studied,and the application of cantilever hanging basket technology in hanging basket installation,cantilever pouring,and assembly in bridge construction was optimized,in order to provide reference for the construction of bridge engineering.
