普通混凝土拌和时间对混凝土性能的影响及意义

摘　　要：混凝土是交通工程建设领域的主要材料之一,主要是由骨料、胶凝材料、水,必要时掺入外加剂和掺合料,按一定比例配制后经搅拌均匀,振捣密实成型,经过一系列养护硬化后而形成的人工石材,是一种多向非匀质材料。在实际工程中,除对混凝土原材料质量、配合比、和易性等技术指标进行控制外,还应控制混凝土的拌和时间,这是因为混凝土拌和时间的长短直接或间接影响着混凝土拌和物的均匀性、和易性、硬化后的强度和生产效率。本文利用数理统计的数学分析方法对试验数据进行分析,通过对不同拌和时间下混凝土拌和物和易性和强度等方面的试验研究,提出了拌和时间对混凝土的几个影响因素,分析控制混凝土拌和时间的重要性,得出了一些有利于现代工程建设的结论。The concrete is one of the main materials in the field of transportation engineering construction.It is mainly composed of aggregates,cementitious materials,water,and may be mixed with additives and admixtures if necessary.After being prepared in a certain proportion,it is mixed evenly,vibrated and compacted to form artificial stone.After a series of curing and hardening,it is a multi-directional non-uniform material.In practical engineering,in addition to controlling technical indicators such as the quality,mix ratio,and workability of concrete raw materials,the mixing time of concrete should also be controlled.This is because the length of the concrete mixing time directly or indirectly affects the uniformity,workability,strength after hardening,and production efficiency of the concrete mixture.The mathematical analysis methods of mathematical statistics is used in this study to analyze experimental data.Through experimental research on concrete mixtures,workability,and strength under different mixing times,several influencing factors of mixing time on concrete are proposed.The importance of controlling concrete mixing time is analyzed,and some conclusions that are beneficial to modern engineering construction are drawn.
