摘 要:为解决高层建筑在施工完成后钢筋混凝土结构的稳定性问题,研究以某高层建筑为例,从材料、环境和其他因素的角度探讨了高性能钢筋混凝土的耐久性,并在施工完成后分析建筑结构柱体轴力、剪力和弯矩的变化规律。研究结果表明:原材料、配合比和密实度因素对其耐久性有直接影响,而温度、湿度和水分及动静荷载因素有间接影响;通过分析监测点边柱(BZ)和中柱(ZZ)的受力性能,边柱的轴力、剪力和弯矩均大于边柱,框架剪力墙对中柱的稳固效果更加显著。研究结果可为类似钢筋混凝土结构的耐久性影响因素及其稳定性分析提供参考。In order to solve the stability problem of reinforced concrete structures in high-rise buildings after construction,this study takes a high-rise building as an example to explore the durability of high-performance reinforced concrete from the perspectives of materials,environment,and other factors,and analyzes the changes in axial force,shear force,and bending moment of building columns after construction is completed.The research results indicate that raw materials,mix proportions,and compactness factors have a direct impact on its durability,while temperature,humidity,moisture,and dynamic and static load factors have an indirect impact.By analyzing the stress performance of the side columns(BZ)and center columns(ZZ)at monitoring points,it was found that the axial force,shear force,and bending moment of the side columns were greater than those of the side columns,and the stability effect of the frame shear walls on the center columns was more significant.The research results can provide reference for the durability influencing factors and stability analysis of similar reinforced concrete structures.
