掺粉煤灰、石灰粉对大体积混凝土水化热性能影响分析

摘  要:控制大体积混凝土中水泥胶凝材料水化热释放,是降低大体积混凝土浇筑施工温度应力裂缝的重要措施,为此开展粉煤灰、石灰粉掺量对水泥胶凝材料水化热影响的室内试验。结果表明:水泥中加入粉煤灰、石灰粉掺合料可明显降低水泥胶凝材料水化热的释放,单掺15%粉煤灰时水泥胶凝材料水化热下降幅度相比最大,单掺30%石灰粉时水泥胶凝材料水化热下降幅度最大;水泥中同时掺入15%粉煤灰、15%石灰粉时水泥胶凝材料7 d水化热最低,试验结果可为大体积混凝土配合比设计提供参考。Controlling the release of hydration heat of cement binder in large volume concrete is an important measure to reduce temperature stress cracks during pouring construction.Therefore,indoor experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of fly ash and lime powder content on the hydration heat of cement binder.The results showed that adding fly ash and lime powder admixtures to cement can significantly reduce the release of hydration heat of cement cementitious materials.When adding 15%fly ash alone,the hydration heat of cement cementitious materials decreased the most,while when adding 30%lime powder alone,the hydration heat of cement cementitious materials decreased the most;When 15%fly ash and 15%lime powder are simultaneously added to cement,the hydration heat of cement binder is the lowest after 7 days.The experimental results can provide reference for the mix design of large volume concrete.
