摘 要:绿色节能建筑的目标在于在维持卓越的室内环境品质(如空气质量和温湿度调控)的同时,最大程度地削减运营能耗。其策略核心在于深度发掘被动设计的潜力,降低建筑自身的能源需求,同时积极采用可再生资源,从而降低取暖、冷却和照明等环节的能耗。研究以某特定区域的中德合作被动式超低能耗住宅示范区为实证案例,深入剖析了其中的空调与供暖系统设计,涉及冷热源选择、新鲜空气管理以及厨房通风系统的构建。此外,研究对典型住户的生活环境进行长期追踪分析,评估这些设计措施的实际效能,旨在揭示超低能耗住宅中的被动设计原则及其暖通空调方案,为绿色住宅的可持续设计提供实践性的技术参考。The goal of green and energy-efficient buildings is to maintain excellent indoor environmental quality(IEQ),such as air quality and temperature and humidity control,while minimizing operational energy consumption to the greatest extent possible.the core of its strategy lies in deeply exploring the potential of passive design,reducing the energy demand of the building itself,and actively adopting renewable resources to reduce energy consumption in heating,cooling,and lighting processes.the article takes the passive ultra-low energy consumption residential demonstration zone of Sino German cooperation in a specific region as an empirical case,and deeply analyzes the design of air conditioning and heating systems,involving the selection of cold and heat sources,fresh air management,and the construction of kitchen ventilation systems.in addition,the article conducts long-term tracking analysis on the living environment of typical residents to evaluate the actual effectiveness of these design measures.this study aims to reveal the passive design principles and HVAC schemes in ultra-low energy residential buildings,providing practical technical references for sustainable design of green housing.
