摘 要:近年来国家大力推进生态文明建设,钢铁、煤电、采矿企业积极打造绿色环保料场,陆续将露天料场改造成封闭料场,特大跨空间结构封闭料场大量涌现,结构体系呈现多样化,构件、节点及施工技术越来越复杂,特别是200 m以上特大跨空间结构滑移技术,我国现行规范关于特大跨空间结构关键节点和复杂构件的设计规定尚不完善。本研究以某厂区桁架整体跨度达245 m、高度63.7 m、长度325 m料场封闭施工为例,通过对特大跨度管桁架滑移技术深入研究,形成一套安全、经济、高效的特大管桁架滑移技术,可为类似工程项目提供参考。In recent years,the state has vigorously promoted the construction of ecological civilization,and steel,coal power,and mining enterprises have actively created green and environmental-friendly stockyards,and have successively transformed open-air stockyards into enclosed stockyards.A large number of enclosed stockyards with large-span spatial structures have emerged,and the structural system has shown diversification.The components,nodes,and construction technology are becoming more and more complex,especially the sliding technology of large-span spatial structures with a span of more than 200 m.The design regulations for key nodes and complex components of large-span spatial structures in China's current specifications are still not perfect.This study takes the construction of an enclosed stockyard with a total span of 245 m,a height of 63.7 m,and a length of 325 m in a factory area as an example,and through in-depth research on the sliding technology of large-span steel trusses,a set of safe,economical,and efficient sliding technology for large steel trusses is formed,which can provide a reference for similar engineering projects.
