摘 要:本研究通过有限元模拟,研究了方拱形单舱波纹钢管廊在回填土高度和波形参数等关键因素影响下的受力和变形特性。结果显示,管廊的顶板和侧板应力均呈U形分布,拱脚处发生明显的应力集中,设计时需要采取拱脚加固措施;回填高度对管廊应力和变形的影响明显;采用深波纹、适度波高和合理壁厚的波纹钢管廊结构设计形式,可以兼顾结构性能和经济效益,可以为装配式方拱形波纹钢管廊的结构设计和施工提供理论依据和指导。This study investigates the stress and deformation characteristics of a single-chamber corrugated steel pipe gallery with a square arch shape under the influence of factors such as backfill height and wave parameters through finite element simulation.The results show that the stress distribution of the top and side plates of the pipe gallery is U,and there is a significant stress concentration at the arch foot,which requires arch foot reinforcement measures to be taken during design;the backfill height has a significant effect the stress and deformation of the pipe gallery;the use of deep corrugation,moderate wave height,and reasonable wall thickness in the design of corrugated steel gallery structures can take into account both structural performance and economic benefits,and can provide theoretical basis and guidance for the structural design and construction of prefabricated square arch-shapedugated steel pipe galleries.
