屋盖大跨度钢结构与竖向支撑组合体系施工技术

摘  要:雄安体育中心游泳馆钢结构屋盖由大跨度树形柱与菱形压杆连接,竖向支撑体系为摇摆柱与V形柱及部分环梁连接而成,采用“现场拼装分单元整体吊装”的施工技术。根据现场实际情况分析,得出结论为场地施工条件受限,不能满足大面积施工要求,为此采取现场拼装、分单元安装的施工方法。以公建游泳馆为例,对屋盖大跨度结构及竖向支撑体系的重点及难点、施工部署、V形柱及摇摆柱安装、树形柱及菱形压杆安装、支撑塔架安装、施工模拟等进行针对性分析,总结出屋盖大跨度结构与竖向支撑体系在工程中的应用,为以后类似工程施工提供宝贵的实践经验。The steel structure roof of the swimming pool at Xiong'an Sports Center is connected by large-span tree shaped columns and diamond shaped compression bars,and the vertical support system is composed of swinging columns,V-shaped columns,and some ring beams.The construction technology of on-site assembly and unit lifting is adopted.Based on the analysis of the actual situation on site,it is concluded that the construction conditions are limited and cannot meet the requirements of large-scale construction.Therefore,the construction method of on-site assembly and unit installation is adopted.Taking a public swimming pool as an example,targeted analysis is conducted on the key and difficult points,construction deployment,installation of V-shaped columns and swing columns,installation of tree shaped columns and diamond shaped compression bars,installation of support towers,construction simulation,etc.of large-span roof structures and vertical support systems.The application of large-span roof structures and vertical support systems in engineering is summarized,providing valuable practical experience for similar engineering construction in the future.
