摘  要:针对生态库区水中承台施工相对复杂的施工环境,常规的承台施工不满足现场施工条件,且涉水区域属于生态环境敏感区。在保证环保的情况下,采用钢吊箱施工技术,通过钢吊箱下放、封底混凝土浇筑、钢吊箱抽水、桩头处理、承台钢筋绑扎、承台混凝土浇筑,大体积混凝土温控等技术实现了水中承台的施工。研究依托渑淅高速项目关防大桥19号墩水中承台工程实例,对相关施工工艺进行详细阐述。In view of the relatively complex construction environment of underwater cap construction in ecological reservoir area,the conventional cap construction does not meet the site construction conditions,and the wading area belongs to the ecological environment sensitive area.In the case of ensuring the environment,a steel hanging box construction technology is adopted to realize the construction of the water cap by lowering the steel hanging box,sealing the concrete pouring,pumping the steel hanging box,pile head treatment,cap reinforcement binding,cap concrete pouring,mass concrete temperature control,etc.Based on the example of Guanfang Bridge No.19 pier underwater cap engineering,this study expounds the related construction technology in detail.
