摘 要:研究以东官道制梁场预制的箱梁设计施工工艺为例,首先进行钢筋加工与梁体绑扎,确保箱梁构件的几何尺寸和形状符合设计要求后,再进行模板安装和结构浇筑;其次通过后张法进行预应力筋的张拉,通过对筋束进行拉伸,使其产生预应力,张拉过程中通过控制钢绞线伸长量,保证了张拉质量;最后,进行移梁、孔道压浆以及封锚等工作,封锚后需要进行混凝土养护,通过湿润和保温等方式,促进了混凝土硬化和强度发展。在施工过程中,通过合理配设预应力,实现箱梁长期变形控制,保障箱梁稳定性,并在施工的每一阶段采用监测设备监测施工质量。经现场监测分析可知:该施工工艺可有效降低预应力筋预留管道与钢筋绑扎偏差,同时保证了混凝土浇筑阶段与成桥阶段箱梁应力的稳定,同时还能够降低成桥后箱梁的竖向位移。For the design and construction process of prefabricated box girder in Dongguandao beam making plant,the steel bar processing and beam binding are carried out first to ensure that the geometric size and shape of the box girder members meet the design requirements,and then the installation of the template and the pouring of the structure are carried out.Secondly,the tension of the prestressed tendons is carried out by the post-tension method,and the tendons are stretched to produce prestress.During the tension process,the elongation of the steel strand is controlled to ensure the tension quality.Finally,beam shifting,hole grouting and anchor sealing are carried out.After anchor sealing,concrete curing is needed to promote the hardening and strength development of concrete through wetting and heat preservation.In the construction process,through the reasonable allocation of prestress,to achieve long-term deformation control of the box girder,ensure the stability of the box girder,and in each stage of construction monitoring equipment monitoring construction quality.The field monitoring analysis shows that the construction technology can effectively reduce the deviation between the pre-stressed pipe and the binding of the reinforcement,ensure the stress stability of the box girder during the concrete pouring stage and the bridge completion stage,and reduce the vertical displacement of the box girder after the bridge completion.
