摘 要:为实现红层泥岩的工程化应用,以水泥和自配固化剂分别与强风化红层泥岩制备流态固化土。研究结果表明,“后加土”制备工艺较“后加水”和“后加胶凝材料”工艺更有利于提高红层泥岩流态固化土的流动性,且与水泥相比,相同条件下以自配固化剂制备流态固化土的试样扩展度提高1.2倍以上,28 d抗压强度提高2倍以上,表现出更好的适应性。分析可知,自配固化剂在“钾固定”效应与自身水化反应的协同作用下削弱了红层泥岩的内外膨胀作用,确保了浆体流动性和强度发展。In order to realize the engineering application of red bed mudstone,the flowable solidified soil was prepared with cement and self-mixed solid and strongly weathered red bed mudstone,respectively.The results of the study show that the"post-addition of soil"preparation process is more conducive to improving fluidity of the flowable solidified soil of red bed mudstone than the"post-addition of water"and"post-addition of cementitious materials",and the sample prepared with self-mixed solidifier under the same conditions has an expansion degree increased by more than 1.2 times and a 28d compressive strength increased by more than 2 times compared with cement,showing better adaptability.It can be analyzed that the self-mixed solidifier weakens internal and external expansion effect of red bed mudstone under the synergistic effect of"potassium fixation"effect and its own hydration reaction,which ensures the fluidity strength development of the slurry.
