甲基硅酸钠对生土材料强度及耐水性能影响研究

摘  要:传统生土材料存在不耐水、遇水软化、强度低等缺陷,为了改善传统生土材料的性能,在内蒙古中部地区的生土中掺入甲基硅酸钠进行生土试块改性试验,通过分析对比试验数据,探讨了不同配合比方案下甲基硅酸钠对生土试块的抗压强度、生土试块的质量损失率和吸水率的影响。试验数据表明,添加甲基硅酸钠对生土试块抗压强度和耐水性能均有提高,掺量1.5%时效果最优,浸泡1 h吸水率为1.69%,抗压强度为3.70 MPa,强度提高32.56%。此外,试验还揭示了改性生土块抗压强度和耐水性能随甲基硅酸钠掺量变化的规律,同时甲基硅酸钠作为一种可持续发展的绿色建材,促进了农村地区或经济欠发达地区绿色低碳建筑的使用和拓展。The traditional soil-generating materials have the defects of water resistance,water softening and low strength.In order to improve the above properties,this paper mixed sodium methicosilicate into raw soil in central Inner Mongolia to carry out the modification test of raw soil test block.Through comparative analysis of the test data,the influence law of sodium methicosilicate under different ratio schemes on the compressive strength,mass loss rate and water absorption rate of raw soil test block was discussed.The experimental data show that the addition of sodium methicosilicate can improve the compressive strength and water resistance of raw soil test block,and the optimal effect is when the dosage is 1.5%,the water absorption rate is 1.69%,the compressive strength is 3.70MPa after soaking for 1h,and the strength is increased by 32.56%.In addition,the experiment also revealed the law of the change of compressive strength and water resistance of the modified raw soil test block with the content of sodium methicosilicate.At the same time,sodium methicosilicate as a sustainable green building material can promote the use andexpansion of green and low-carbon buildings in rural areas or economically underdeveloped areas.
