双层模板工艺在桥梁高墩施工中的应用研究

摘  要:高墩施工具有较高的安全风险,传统模板工艺难以满足现场施工需求,故需要研究一种双层模板工艺来弥补传统模板工艺的缺陷。依托云南山区某大桥墩柱建造工程,综合采用结构分析、有限元模拟和现场实测的方法,研究双层模板系统的工作原理,分析混凝土浇筑时模板的受力及变形情况,再结合成功的工程应用,探讨双层模板工艺的可靠性和实用性。研究结果表明,双层模板系统能满足混凝土浇筑需求。对比传统模板工艺,双层模板工艺在山区峡谷高墩施工中具备工期、成本和施工质量上的显著优势,且安全性更高,具有良好的应用前景。Because of the high security risk of high pier construction,the traditional formwork process is difficult to meet the needs of site construction,so a double-layer formwork process is studied to make up for the defects of the traditional formwork process.Based on the construction project of a large pier column in the mountainous area of Yunnan province,the working principle of the double-layer formwork system is studied by using the methods of structural analysis,finite element simulation and field measurement,and the stress and deformation of the formwork during concrete pouring is analyzed.The results show that the double-layer formwork system can meet the demand of concrete placement.Compared with traditional formwork,double-layer formwork has significant advantages in construction period,cost and construction quality,and has higher safety,so it has a good application prospect.
