混凝土边沟施工塑钢模板应用及加固技术研究

摘　　要：为保障公路路基混凝土矩形边沟施工进度、质量,合理降低生产成本,结合工程实践,对施工辅助材料及工艺进行研究分析。阐述了塑钢模板的优点,平面刚性加固夹具的制作与使用,不同材料及施工工艺施工效率、经济效益的对比分析。研究对于小体积矩形混凝土结构物施工模板选用和模板加固工艺探索具有重要的借鉴意义。In order to ensure the construction progress and quality of concrete rectangular side ditch of highway subgrade and reduce the production cost reasonably,combined with engineering practice,the auxiliary materials and technology of construction are studied and analyzed.This paper expounds the advantages of plastic-steel formwork,the manufacture and use of plane rigid reinforcement fixture,and the comparative analysis of construction efficiency and economic benefits of different materials and construction technologies.This study has important reference significance for the selection of construction formwork andthe exploration of formwork reinforcement technology for small volume rectangular concrete structures.
