摘　　要：充分利用数字化技术赋能高校就业服务是时代发展的必然选择。数字赋能高校就业服务目前存在着明显的实践价值与现实困境,需要进行优化,以期为提升高校就业服务、推动高校毕业生高质量充分就业提供依据和实践参考。数字化技术赋能高校就业服务的现实价值主要在于促进服务供需精准对接、推动服务资源高效配置、支撑就业服务系统化提升;在具体实践中仍面临数字化管理顶层设计缺位、数字化技术应用滞后、服务主体数字素养不足等困境。为此,需要在完善统筹管理、夯实数字技术支撑、提升数字素养等方面提出数字技术赋能高校就业服务的优化策略。Fully utilizing digital technology to empower employment services in universities is an inevitable choice for the development of the times.This study explores the value,challenges,and optimization strategies of digital empowerment of employment services in universities,providing reference for improving the quality of employment services in universities.Research suggests that the value of digital technology empowering employment services mainly lies in promoting precise integration of service supply and demand,promoting efficient allocation of service resources,and supporting the systematic improvement of employment services;the dilemma lies in the absence of top-level design in digital management,lagging application of digital technology,and insufficient digital literacy of service providers.Therefore,solutions are proposed from aspects such as improving overall management,consolidating digital technology support,and enhancing digital literacy.
