摘　　要：英语文学阅读存在的一个问题是不清楚如何选择文本进行阅读,这个问题需要结合文学理论才能找到出路。文学不仅关注人物、情节和背景,还关注伦理问题,这是文学阅读与批评伦理转向的现实原因。伦理是文学写作与阅读终极目标,伦理应被置于文学阅读与批评的优先地位。通过文学培养伦理成为伦理传播的重要手段,文学伦理批评成为继新批评和读者反应理论之后文学批评与文学阅读的重要理论。它弥补了以文本为中心的新批评和以读者为中心的读者反应理论缺少对“他人”的关注、缺少与“他人”的交往、缺乏对“他人”的伦理关怀的缺失。文学伦理批评与阅读成为阅读者与研究者关注的中心,伦理表达成为文本的选择标准。One of the problems in reading English literature is that it is not clear how to select texts for reading,and this problem needs to be combined with literary theory to find a way out.Since literature is not only concerned with characters,plots and settings,but also with ethical issues,it is a realistic reason for the ethical turn in literary reading and criticism.Ethics is the ultimate goal of literary writing and reading,and it should be prioritized in literary reading and criticism.Ethics is the ultimate goal of literary writing and reading,and ethics should be given priority in literary reading and criticism.Cultivating ethics through literature has become an important means of ethical dissemination,and ethical criticism of literature has become an important theory of literary criticism and literary reading after new criticism and reader's response theory,which has made up for the lack of attention to the“other”in the text-centered new criticism and reader's response theory,and the lack of cooperation with the“other”.It makes up for the lack of concern for the“other”,the lack of interaction with the“other”,and the lack of ethical concern for the“other”in text-centered new criticism and readercentered reader-response theory.Literary ethical criticism and reading become the center of attention of readers and researchers,and ethical expression becomes the criterion of text selection.
