摘 要:为了探究盐碱胁迫对秦琼和梦龙2个品种燕麦幼苗生理指标的影响,筛选出耐盐碱性较强的品种,以秦琼和梦龙的种子为试验材料,进行盆栽培养,在燕麦苗龄28 d时对其进行盐碱胁迫处理,并测定2个品种燕麦幼苗的叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量以及过氧化物酶活性。结果表明,随着盐碱胁迫浓度的逐渐升高,2个品种燕麦幼苗叶绿素含量均呈现下降趋势,可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量以及过氧化物酶活性则均呈现逐渐升高的趋势。由此表明,燕麦在应对盐碱胁迫时,通过调节内部代谢和应激反应来增强自身的抗逆性。通过对比分析秦琼与梦龙各项生理指标的数据可知,秦琼耐盐碱性较梦龙强,为耐盐碱性较强的燕麦品种。This study aimed to explore the effects of saline-alkali stress on physiological indexes of oat seedlings of two varieties(Qinqiong and Menglong),and screen out varieties with stronger saline-alkali tolerance,seeds of Qinqiong and Menglong were used as experimental materials for pot culture.Saline-alkali stress treatment was applied to the 28-day-old oat seedlings,and the chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,malondialdehyde(MDA)content,proline content,and peroxidase(POD)activity were measured.The results showed that with the gradual increase of saline-alkali stress concentration,the chlorophyll content of oat seedlings of both varieties showed a downward trend,while the soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,MDA content,proline content,and POD activity all showed a gradual upward trend.This indicates that oats enhance their stress resistance by regulating internal metabolism and stress responses when facing saline-alkali stress.By comparing and analyzing the data of various physiological indexes of Qinqiong and Menglong,it can be seen that Qinqiong has stronger saline-alkali tolerance than Menglong,and it is an oat variety with stronger saline-alkali tolerance.
