血红肉果兰形态特征及非共生萌发研究

摘  要:为保护和可持续利用血红肉果兰,观察了血红肉果兰地上部分果序轴、果实和种子的形态特征,测定了血红肉果兰果序轴、果实和种子的长度、直径以及重量,开展了血红肉果兰非共生萌发试验。结果表明,血红肉果兰的果序轴总体呈褐色,总重为171.4 g。各级果序轴的长度和重量差异均较大,靠近顶端的果序轴重较轻。采集到的果实在大小和重量上存在较大差异,平均果实重22.12 g,果实长度为4.65~14.12 cm,平均长度为11.80 cm。种子平均直径约0.54 mm,单粒种子重为41.67μg。添加6-BA 1 mg/L能显著提高血红肉果兰萌发率,萌发率达1.21%。10%次氯酸钠溶液处理及向培养瓶中注入二氧化碳均未对血红肉果兰萌发产生影响。In order to protect and sustainably utilize Cyrtosia septentrionalis,this paper observed the morphological characteristics of the above ground(infructescence axis,fruit and seed)of Cyrtosia septentrionalis,measured the length,diameter and weight of infructescence axis,fruit and seed of Cyrtosia septentrionalis,and conducted a non symbiotic germination experiment.The results showed that infructescence axis of Cyrtosia septentrionalis was generally brown,with a total weight of 171.4 g.The length and weight differences of infructescence axis at all levels were significant,and infructescence axis near the top had a lighter weight.The collected fruits had significant differences in size and weight,with an average fruit weight of 22.12 g.The fruit length was 4.65-14.12 cm,with an average length of 11.80 cm.The average diameter of seed was about 0.54 mm,and the weight of a single seed was 41.67μg.Adding 6-BA 1 mg/L could significantly improve the germination rate of Cyrtosia septentrionalis,germination rate was 1.21%.Treatment with 10%sodium hypochlorite solution and injection of carbon dioxide into the culture bottle didn't affect the germination of Cyrtosia septentrionalis.
