摘 要:为了筛选出利用新鲜厨余垃圾繁殖寒地野生红蚯蚓的最佳条件,从寒地野生红蚯蚓的生活习性和生理特性入手,在pH值和温湿度相对稳定的条件下开展了为期3周的试验,研究了蚯蚓养殖箱繁殖蚯蚓的接种密度、新鲜厨余垃圾投放量对繁殖过程中蚯蚓生长和繁殖的影响,每周观察和记录蚯蚓总重和数量,计算其日繁殖倍数和日增重倍数。结果表明:当蚯蚓养殖箱基料厚度控制在8~10 cm、基料重5 kg、单蚓重180~250 mg、蚯蚓接种密度为0.8 kg/m^(2)、新鲜厨余垃圾投放量为初始接种蚯蚓总重的3倍时,野生红蚯蚓生长繁殖状况最好,繁殖数量最多。In order to screen for the optimal conditions for breeding wild red earthworms in cold regions using fresh kitchen waste,starting from the living habits and physiological characteristics of these earthworms,this study conducted a three-week experiment under relatively stable pH,temperature,and humidity conditions.The study inves-tigated the effects of initial density of earthworms and the amount of fresh kitchen waste added on earthworm growth and reproduction during the breeding process in earthworm breeding boxes.The total weight and number of earthworms were observed and recorded weekly,and their daily reproduction multiple and daily weight gain multiple were calculated.The results showed that when the base material thickness in the earthworm breeding boxes was controlled at 8-10 cm,the base material weight was 5 kg,the individual earthworm weight was 180-250 mg,the initial density of earthworms was 0.8 kg/m^(2),and the amount of fresh kitchen waste added was three times as much as the total initial weight of the earthworms,the wild red earthworms exhibited the best growth and reproduction,with the highest number of offspring.
