活心丸对冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者血脂水平及心功能指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病(CHD)稳定型心绞痛患者应用活心丸治疗的效果。方法选取2021年1月至2023年12月抚州市第一人民医院收治的72例CHD稳定型心绞痛患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(36例)和观察组(36例)。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用活心丸治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果、血脂水平[总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]、心功能指标、心绞痛情况及不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C、N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平、心绞痛发作次数均低于本组治疗前,且观察组TC、TG、LDL-C、NT-proBNP水平、心绞痛发作次数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后左心室射血分数(LVEF)和HDL-C水平均高于本组治疗前,且观察组LVEF和HDL-C水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后心绞痛发作持续时间均短于本组治疗前,且观察组心绞痛发作持续时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论CHD稳定型心绞痛患者应用活心丸治疗效果较佳,利于调节血脂水平,改善心功能,缓解和减少心绞痛的发作,安全可靠,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Huoxin Pill on stable angina pectoris patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 72 patients with CHD stable angina pectoris admitted to First People's Hospital of Fuzhou from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(36 cases)and observation group(36 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Huoxin Pill on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects,blood lipid levels(total cholesterol[TC],high density lipoprotein cholesterol[HDL-C],triglyceride[TG],low density lipoprotein cholesterol[LDL-C]),cardiac function indexes,angina pectoris and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,N-terminal prosoma of B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)and angina pectoris in two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,NT-proBNP and angina pectoris in observation group were lower than those in control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and HDL-C levels in two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and LVEF and HDL-C level in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of angina pectoris attack in two groups after treatment were shorter than those before treatment,and the duration of angina pectoris attack in observation group was shorter than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of Huoxin Pill on CHD patients with stable angina pectoris is goo
