摘　　要：目的探讨脊神经根脉冲射频联合揿针序贯治疗带状疱疹后神经痛(PHN)的临床效果。方法选取2022年7月至2023年10月江西中医药大学附属医院收治的75例PHN患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为三组,各25例。其中A组实施揿针治疗,B组实施脊神经根脉冲射频治疗,C组给予脊神经根脉冲射频联合揿针序贯治疗。比较三组临床疗效、疼痛程度、睡眠质量、生活质量、不良事件。结果C组临床总有效率高于A组、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.017)。治疗后,C组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均低于A组、B组,健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)评分高于A组、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在PHN患者中应用脊神经根脉冲射频联合揿针序贯治疗效果更佳,可降低患者疼痛程度,促进睡眠质量改善,有助于提高PHN患者生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of spinal nerve root pulse radiofrequency combined with sequential pressing needle treatment for postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods A total of 75 PHN patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into 3 groups,with 25 patients in each group according to the random number table method.Group A received acupuncture treatment,group B received spinal nerve root pulse radiofrequency treatment,and group C received spinal nerve root pulse radiofrequency combined with sequential acupuncture treatment.The clinical efficacy,degree of pain,sleep quality,quality of life,and adverse events were compared among three groups.Results The total clinical efficacy rate of group C was higher than that of group A and group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.017).After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score of group C were lower than those of group A and group B,the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)score was higher than that of group A and group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of spinal nerve root pulse radiofrequency combined with sequential pressing needle therapy is more effective in PHN patients,it can reduce patient pain,promote sleep quality improvement,and help improve the quality of life of PHN patients.
