雷火灸联合新斯的明穴位注射治疗分娩镇痛后尿潴留的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察雷火灸联合新斯的明穴位注射治疗分娩镇痛后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法选取2023年9月至2024年8月赣州市人民医院收治的60例接受分娩镇痛后尿潴留患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组采用新斯的明肌肉注射治疗,研究组则采用雷火灸联合新斯的明穴位注射治疗,比较两组方案的临床疗效、临床症状改善情况、不良反应发生情况和导尿情况。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,同时研究组的首次排尿量、治疗后2 h内排尿总量和排尿次数高于对照组,治疗后2 h内导尿率低于对照组,首次排尿时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论雷火灸联合新斯的明穴位注射治疗分娩镇痛后尿潴留能够显著缓解患者临床症状,促进尿液排出,且在保证治疗安全性的同时改善导尿情况,实用性较高。Objective To observe the clinical effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with Neostigmine acupoint injection on urinary retention after labor analgesia.Methods A total of 60 patients with urinary retention after labor analgesia treated in Ganzhou People's Hospital from September 2023 to August 2024 were selected as the study objects and they were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Neostigmine acupoint injection,while the study group was treated with thunder fire moxibustion combined with Neostigmine acupoint injection.The clinical efficacy,improvement of clinical symptoms,occurrence of adverse reactions and urinary catheterization of the two groups were compared.Results The total treatment effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,while the first urination volume,total urination volume and frequency of urination within 2 h after treatment were higher than those of the control group,the catheterization rate within 2 h after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the first urination time was shorter than that of the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Thunder fire moxibustion combined with Neostigmine acupoint injection for the treatment of urinary retention after labor analgesia could significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,promoted the excretion of urine,and improved the catheterization while ensuring the safety of treatment,which is highly practical.
