摘　　要：目的探讨基于加速外科康复(ERAS)理念的手术室护理对腹腔镜手术患者应激反应的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2024年1月晋江市医院的98例腹腔镜结直肠癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组49例。对照组采用常规手术室护理,研究组采用ERAS手术室护理。比较两组患者术中及术后一般情况、应激反应指标。结果研究组的术后下床活动时间、术后肛门排气时间、术后首次进食时间、术后尿管拔除时间、术后静脉输液时间、术后住院时间短于对照组,术后1 d疼痛评分、术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后的皮质醇(COR)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、肾上腺素(EPI)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以ERAS为基础的手术室护理可有效改善腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者的术后恢复情况,减轻患者应激反应,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of operating room nursing based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)on stress response in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 98 patients with laparoscopic colorectal cancer in Jinjiang Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received conventional operating room nursing,and the study group received ERAS operating room nursing.The general conditions and stress response indexes during and after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The time of getting out of bed,the time of anal exhaust,the time of eating for the first time,the time of urinary catheter extraction,the time of intravenous infusion and the time of hospitalization in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the pain score and the incidence of postoperative complications on the first day after surgery were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The levels of cortisol(COR),adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH)and epinephrine(EPI)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Operating room nursing based on ERAS can effectively improve the postoperative recovery of patients with colorectal cancer laparoscopic surgery and reduce the stress response of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
