基于CiteSpace知识图谱的黄芪联合用药治疗糖尿病肾病的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的探讨黄芪联合用药治疗糖尿病肾病的研究热点和发展趋势。方法检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网及Web of Science核心合集数据库中关于黄芪联合用药治疗糖尿病肾病的文章,检索时限为建库至2023年12月,使用CiteSpace(V6.2.R6)软件对筛选文献的发文作者、发文机构和关键词进行可视化分析,同时对关键词的词频、聚类和突现情况进行分析。结果共纳入1242篇文献,其中中文文献1044篇,英文文献198篇。中文文献发文量前3位的发文作者分别是宋恩峰、贾汝汉和倪兆慧;英文文献发文量前3位的发文作者分别是Gui Dingkun、Wang Hao和Wang Niansong。中文文献发文量前3位的论文署名发文机构分别是武汉大学人民医院、北京中医药大学东直门医院和山东中医药大学;英文文献发文量前3位的论文署名发文机构分别是Shanghai Jiao Tong University、Fudan University和Anhui Medical University。中文文献使用频次前3位的关键词分别是糖尿病肾病、黄芪注射液和黄芪;英文文献使用频次前3位的关键词分别是diabetic kidney disease、astragalosideⅣ和kidney disease。关键词聚类分析中共得到17个中、英文聚类,关键词突现分析中共得到21个中文突现词和13个英文突现词。结论发文整体上保持波动上升态势,作者间合作分散、机构间合作交流较少。研究热点主要集中在黄芪联合用药治疗糖尿病肾病的分子机制和临床效果。未来发展趋势将聚焦黄芪特定成分与生物靶点互动网络,深入探究其药效、毒性、代谢等,论证中药多靶点融合效果,确保临床的有效性和安全性。Objective To explore the research hotspots and development trends of Astragali Radix combination therapy in the treatment of diabetes nephropathy.Methods The articles about the treatment of diabetes nephropathy with astragalus combination drugs in CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,and Web of Science core collection database were retrieved.The retrieval time limit was from the establishment of the database to December,2023.CiteSpace(V6.2.R6)software was used to visually analyze the authors,institutions,and keywords of the selected articles.At the same time,the word frequency,clustering and emergence of keywords were analyzed.Results A total of 1242 articles were included,including 1044 Chinese articles,and 198 English articles.The top three authors with the highest number of Chinese literature publications were Song Enfeng,Jia Ruhan,and Ni Zhaohui;the top three authors with the highest publication volume in English literature were Gui Dingkun,Wang Hao,and Wang Niansong.The top three institutions with the highest number of Chinese literature publications were Renmin Hospitalof Wuhan University,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Dongzhimen Hospital,and Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine;the top three institutions with the highest number of English literature publications were Shanghai Jiao Tong University,Fudan University,and Anhui Medical University.the first three keywords of Chinese literature use frequency were diabetes nephropathy,Huangqi injection and Astragali Raix;The top three frequently used keywords in English literature were diabetic kidney disease,astragalosideⅣ,and kidney disease.In the keyword clustering analysis,a total of 17 Chinese and English clusters were obtained,and in the keyword emergence analysis,a total of 21 Chinese emergence words and 13 English emergence words were obtained.Conclusion Overall,there is a fluctuating upward trend in the publication of articles,with scattered cooperation among authors and limited collaboration and communication between institutions.The research f
