摘　　要：铁死亡是一种细胞膜上过度堆积的过氧化脂质驱动的铁依赖性细胞死亡方式,铁积累和脂质过氧化是铁死亡的核心机制。脂代谢紊乱是诱导铁代谢紊乱的重要机制,而铁过载可促进胆固醇的合成,加重脂代谢紊乱,并诱发或加重一系列代谢性疾病。铁死亡已被证实参与脂代谢异常相关疾病的发生和进展。本文综述铁死亡的发生及调控机制、脂质代谢与铁死亡的关系、铁死亡与脂代谢异常相关疾病的研究进展,旨在发现脂代谢异常相关疾病治疗的新靶点。Ferroptosis is an iron-dependent cell death mode driven by excessive accumulation of lipid peroxide on cell membrane,iron accumulation and lipid peroxidation are core mechanisms of ferroptosis.Lipid metabolism disorder is an important mechanism for inducing iron metabolism disorder,iron overload can promote cholesterol synthesis,exacerbate lipid metabolism disorder,and induce or worsen a series of metabolic diseases.Ferroptosis has been confirmed to be involved in occurrence and progression of diseases related to abnormal lipid metabolism.This article reviews research progress on occurrence and regulatory mechanisms of ferroptosis,relationship between lipid metabolism and ferroptosis,ferroptosis and diseases related to abnormal lipid metabolism,the aim is to discover new targets for the treatment of diseases related to abnormal lipid metabolism.
