摘 要:目的分析临床医学生对毒理学教学现状评价及探讨课堂科普和案例演绎的教学改革方法新思路。方法对暨南大学毒理学选课的2021级临床医学专业五年制学生整群抽样,课程结束时采用随堂问卷调查,运用统计学描述、相关热图和四象限图等方法,分析其对毒理学教学各板块重要性和满意度、相关性及优化措施等情况及其对教学改革的看法和建议。结果105名调查对象中,男生占44.8%,女生占55.2%。选毒理学最重要原因,44.8%的学生认为课程很有用,26.7%的学生因内心喜欢,25.7%的学生因学分需要。对毒理学总体重要性和满意度分别达到了93.3%和96.2%。对教学内容,86.7%的学生认为很有印象且教材合适;74.3%的学生认为36学时可保持;42.9%的学生对教学案例印象最深刻。92.2%的学生认为期末卷面考试可增加开放性考试题目。在选修毒理学原因方面,教学内容和考核方法重要性不同;对于教学方式和考核方法满意度,不同原因间存在差异,认为本课程很有用的学生对课程满意度最高。教学方法是学生最重视板块。94.2%的学生均喜欢科普创新或随堂案例演绎,认为对课程学习有帮助,并建议演绎形式多样化。结论暨南大学临床医学生对毒理学教学满意度高,随堂案例模拟和科普创新方法应持续加强。Objective To analyze the evaluation of toxicology teaching status of clinical medical students and to explore new teaching reform methods of classroom science popularization and case deduction.Methods Cluster sampling survey was conducted on clinical medicine undergraduates of grade 2021 with a training duration of five years who had toxicology courses by the teacher in the classroom after the course was completed.The statistical description,correlation heatmap,and four quadrant plot analysis methods were used to analyze the importance,satisfaction,relevance,and optimization measures of each section of toxicology teaching,as well as their views and suggestions on teaching reform.Results The 44.8%male and 55.2%female students were included in 105 questionnaires.To the most important reason for taking toxicology,its great use was accounted for 44.8%,liking it really was occupied 26.7%,and the credits were made up 25.7%separately.The proportions were 93.3%and 96.2%for the overall importance and satisfaction of toxicology,respectively.To the teaching contents,the good impressions and the appropriate textbook were considered by 86.7%undergraduates,the 36 class hours were thought to be reasonable by 74.3%undergraduates,and the teaching cases were believed with great impressions by 42.9%undergraduates.It was suggested to add open exam questions in the final exam by 92.2%students.To the importance of taking toxicology,different significances were existed between the teaching contents and assessment methods.In terms of satisfaction evaluation,the teaching styles and assessment methods were found differently.The most concerning area was teaching methods to students.The science popularization innovation or the case deduction section were liked with great help in course learning by 94.2%of students.A variety of forms of the case deduction section was recommended.Conclusion Clinical medical students of Jinan University have high satisfaction with toxicology teaching.It should continuously strengthen the use of case simulation
