摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病患者身体意象失调现状及影响因素,为预防2型糖尿病患者发生身体意象失调提供参考。方法选取2024年1月至9月在武汉市中医医院内分泌科住院的182例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、身体形象障碍量表(BIDQ)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)及简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)进行调查,采用单因素分析、相关性分析及多元线性回归模型分析2型糖尿病患者身体意象失调现状及其影响因素。结果2型糖尿病患者BIDQ得分为(26.01±7.58)分。多元线性回归分析显示,文化程度、胰岛素泵、胰岛素注射相关皮下脂肪增生、社会支持、积极应对方式是2型糖尿病患者身体意象失调的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者存在身体意象失调,医护人员应及时评估患者身体意象水平并采取针对性干预,根据患者的文化背景与治疗方式提供个性化形象教育、规范胰岛素注射行为、建立社会支持系统,促进患者积极应对,从而避免身体意象失调的发生,提高患者心理健康水平。Objective To investigate the status and influencing of factors of body image disturbance in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2,and to provide guidance for preventing body image disturbance in this population.Methods A total of 182 patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 who were hospitalized in the Department of Endocrinology,Wuhan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to September 2024 were selected as the study objects.Surveys were conducted using the general information scale,body image disturbance questionnaire(BIDQ),perceived social support scale(PSSS),and simplified coping style questionnaire(SCSQ).Univariate analysis,correlate analysis,and multiple linear regression were utilized to examine the status of body image disturbance and its influencing factors.Results The BIDQ score of diabetes mellitus type 2 patients was(26.01±7.58)points.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level,insulin pump,lipohypertrophy,social support,and positive coping style were the influencing factors of body image disturbance in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 experienced body image disturbance.Medical staff should timely assess the patients’body image and take targeted intervention,provide personalized image education according to the cultural background and treatment mode of patients,regulate insulin injection behavior,establish social support system,and promote patients’positive coping,so as to avoid the occurrence of body image disturbance and improve the mental health level of patients.
