海南沉香熏香联合开天门疗法在气滞血瘀型颈椎病伴焦虑患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨海南沉香熏香联合开天门疗法在气滞血瘀型颈椎病伴焦虑患者中的应用效果。方法选取2023年8月至2024年5月广州中医药大学附属海南中医院骨科的93例气滞血瘀型颈椎病伴焦虑患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为三组,每组31例。对照A组给予常规治疗和护理;对照B组在常规治疗和护理的基础上给予开天门疗法干预;试验组在常规治疗和护理的基础上给予海南沉香熏香联合开天门疗法干预,均干预2周。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)分别在患者干预前后进行评估。结果干预后,三组VAS、SAS、AIS评分均低于干预前,且三组间VAS、SAS、AIS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论海南沉香熏香联合开天门疗法有助于缓解气滞血瘀型颈椎病伴焦虑患者的焦虑情绪及疼痛症状,并能提高其睡眠质量。Objective To explore the application effect of Hainan agarwood incense combined with Kaitianmen therapy in patients with cervical spondylosis with anxiety of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 93 patients with cervical spondylosis with anxiety of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type who were hospitalized in the Department of Orthopedics,Hainan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from August 2023 to May 2024 were selected as research subject.They were divided into three groups by random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group A was given routine treatment and nursing.The control group B was given Kaitianmen therapy on the basis of routine treatment and nursing.The experimental group was given Hainan agarwood incense combined with Kaitianmen therapy on the basis of routine treatment and nursing.The intervention period was two weeks.Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),visual analogue scale(VAS),and Athens insomnia scale(AIS)were used to evaluate the patients within 24 hours and two weeks after intervention.Results After intervention,the VAS,SAS,and AIS scores of the three groups were lower than before intervention,and VAS,SAS and AIS scores were compared among the three groups, and the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Hainan argarwood incense combined with Kaitianmen therapy can help relieve anxiety and pain symptoms in patients with cervical spondylosis with anxiety of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type, and improve their sleep quality.
