李彬教授基于阴阳寤寐学说针药结合治疗失眠的临证经验

摘　　要：本文总结首都中青年名中医李彬教授基于阴阳寤寐学说论治失眠的经验。李教授认为促使“阳不入阴”主要有3个方面原因:阳气的状态异常、阴气的状态异常及阴阳交汇的通道被阻,特别是阴阳交汇的通道被阻是治疗失眠的重要切入点。临证中李教授主张针药并用,借助针刺擅长“通”的特性,方药擅长“补”的特性,调整阳气和阴气的异常状态,畅达阴阳交汇之道路,使阳能入阴,失眠则愈,临床效果显著。This article summarizes young and middle aged famous traditional Chinese medicine practitioners in capital of Professor Li Bin’s experience in the treatment of insomnia based on yin-yang sleep theory.Professor Li believes that there are three main reasons for the phenomenon of“yang not entering yin”:abnormal state of yang qi,abnormal state of yin qi,and obstruction of channel for intersection of yin and yang,especially obstruction of channel for intersection of yin and yang is an important entry point in the treatment of insomnia.Professor Li advocates combination of acupuncture and medicine in clinical practice,with characteristic of acupuncture’ability to“communicate”,prescription drugs’ability to“supplement”,adjust abnormal state of yang qi and yin qi,smooth path of intersection of yin and yang,and enable yang to enter yin,insomnia can be cured,clinical effect is significant.
