摘　　要：李虹霖教授对富贵包的形成机制有独到见解,结合其穴位埋线疗法,形成临床简便有效的治疗技术。本文对李教授“龙腾九针”埋线法治疗富贵包进行经验总结,简要介绍“龙腾九针”埋线法的基本理论,从传统中医与现代医学相结合角度探讨富贵包的形成原理,从“龙腾九针”埋线的深浅层次、穴位选择特点和埋线特色作用角度分析富贵包的治疗原理,并给予典型案例说明该技术的临床应用操作和效果展示。Professor Li Honglin has unique insights into formation mechanism of fugui bao,combined with suture embedding therapy,has developed a clinically simple and effective treatment technique.This article summarizes Professor Li’s experience in the treatment of fugui bao by using“longteng nine-needle”suture embedding therapy,briefly introduces basic theory of“longteng nine-needle”suture embedding therapy,explores formation principle of fugui bao from the perspective of combined traditional Chinese medicine with modern medicine,analyzes therapeutic principle of fugui bao from the perspectives of depth and shallowness levels,characteristics of acupoint selection,and the role of buried thread features of“longteng nine-needle”suture embedding,and provides typical cases to illustrate clinical application and effectiveness demonstration of this technology.
