摘　　要：双心疾病是目前临床常见病之一,其病理机制复杂,涉及神经、内分泌、免疫等多个系统。基于“气络-神经-内分泌-免疫网络”,本文认为双心疾病发病当责之气络虚滞/郁滞,免疫网络功能紊乱,痰、瘀、毒为其发病重要病理因素。中医药能通过综合调控“神经-内分泌-免疫网络”发挥双心同治作用,临床效果显著。Bicardiac disease is one of the common clinical diseases,its pathological mechanism is complex,involves nerve,endocrine,immune and other systems.Based on“qi collateral-nerve-endocrine-immune network”,this article believes that the main pathological factor responsible for the onset of bicardiac disease is qi-collateral deficiency/stagnation,immune network dysfunction,phlegm,blood stasis,and toxicity are important pathological factors in its pathogenesis.Traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy can exert bicardiac treatment effect by comprehensively regulating“nerve-endocrine-immune network”,and clinical effect is remarkable.
