摘  要:目的探讨Cox健康行为互动模式对子宫脱垂术后患者自我效能和生活质量的影响。方法将2021年1月至2023年1月南通大学附属妇幼保健院收治的154例子宫脱垂术后患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和干预组,每组77例。对照组接受围手术期常规护理,干预组接受Cox健康行为互动模式干预。比较两组干预前、干预4周、干预12周自我效能和生活质量及随访12个月时两组患者子宫脱垂的复发率。结果整体分析发现:两组一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分、盆底功能障碍性疾病症状问卷简表(PFDI-20)评分及盆底疾病生活质量影响问卷(PFIQ-7)评分的时间比较、组间比较、交互作用差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。进一步两两比较,组内比较:两组干预前、干预4周、干预12周GSES、PFDI-20、PFIQ-7评分两两比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间比较:干预组干预4、12周时,GSES评分均高于对照组,PFDI-20评分、PFIQ-7评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访12个月,干预组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Cox健康行为互动模式可以提高子宫脱垂术后患者自我效能和生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of Cox’s interaction model of client health behavior on self-efficacy and quality of life in patients with uterine prolapsed after surgery.Methods A total of 154 patients with uterine prolapse who were admitted to the Maternal and Child Health Hospital Affiliated to Nantong University from January 2021 to January 2023 were divided into control group and intervention group according to random number table method,with 77 cases in each group.The control group received perioperative routine nursing,and the observation group received Cox’s interaction model of client health behavior intervention.Self-efficacy and quality of life before intervention,4 weeks of intervention,12 weeks of intervention were compared between the two groups,and the recurrence rate of uterine prolapse between the two groups at 12 months follow-up.Results The overall analysis showed that there were differences in the times,groups and interactions of the score of general self-efficacy scale(GSES),pelvic floor distress inventory-short form 20(PFDI-20),and pelvic floor impact questionnaire 7(PFIQ-7)between the two groups(P<0.05).Further pound-for-pair comparison and intra-group comparison:GSES scores,PFDI-20 scores and PFIQ-7 scores of the two groups were compared before intervention,at 4 weeks and 12 weeks of intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Inter-group comparison:at 4 and 12 weeks of intervention,GSES scores in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,PFDI-20 scores and PFIQ-7 scores were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cox’s interaction model of client health behavior can improve self-efficacy and quality of life in patients with uterine prolapsed after surgery.
