火龙罐联合中药穴位贴敷对产后宫缩痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨火龙罐联合中药穴位贴敷对产后宫缩痛的疗效及安全性。方法选取产后宫缩痛患者150例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组75例。对照组患者接受中药穴位贴敷干预,观察组患者接受火龙罐联合中药穴位贴敷干预。比较两组患者的综合疗效,治疗前后的疼痛情况,不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的总有效率93.33%明显高于对照组的80.00%,存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分均下降,且观察组的VAS评分(3.58±0.65)分低于对照组的(5.31±0.85)分,存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。观察组发生3例不良反应,包括2例皮肤过敏,1例灼伤,不良反应发生率为4.00%;对照组发生2例不良反应,包括1例恶心、呕吐,1例腹泻,不良反应发生率为2.67%。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与单用中药穴位贴敷相比,联合应用火龙罐能够有效改善产后宫缩痛患者的临床症状,减轻疼痛程度,且不会增加不良反应发生风险,具有较好的安全性。Objective To explore the curative effect and safety of Huolong cupping combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on postpartum uterine contraction pain.Methods A total of 150 patients with postpartum uterine contraction pain were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 75 patients in each group.The control group received acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine,and the observation group received Huolong cupping combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine.The comprehensive efficacy,pain condition before and after treatment and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 93.33%in the observation group was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in visual analogue scale(VAS)score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score in both groups decreased,and the observation group had lower VAS score of(3.58±0.65)points than(5.31±0.85)points in the control group.There was significant difference(P<0.05).3 cases of adverse reactions occurred in the observation group,including 2 cases of skin allergy and 1 case of burn,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 4.00%;2 cases of adverse reactions occurred in the control group,including 1 case of nausea and vomiting and 1 case of diarrhea,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 2.67%.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine alone,the combined application of Huolong cupping can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with postpartum uterine contraction pain,reduce the degree of pain.It will not increase the risk of adverse reactions,and has a good safety.
