阴道分泌物对尿常规临床检验结果的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析阴道分泌物对尿常规临床检验结果的影响。方法选取150例采取尿常规检查的患者作为研究对象,根据患者实施的尿常规检验方法不同分为对照组和实验组,每组75例。对照组未采取其他处理措施直接进行尿液采集实施尿常规检查,实验组在进行阴道分泌物清洁后进行尿液采集实施尿常规检查。对比两组患者的尿液标本相关指标、尿常规检验结果,对尿常规检验的满意度、依从性及阴道分泌物影响尿常规检查的认知水平。结果实验组患者的尿糖(3.25±1.22)mg/dl、尿蛋白(8.15±1.83)mg/L、尿比重(1.017±0.008)低于对照组的(6.32±1.48)mg/dl、(11.38±2.51)mg/L、(1.020±0.009)(P<0.05)。实验组患者的红细胞、白细胞、上皮细胞、亚硝酸盐、蛋白质、潜血阳性检出率分别为14.67%、4.00%、0、4.00%、0、0,均低于对照组的45.33%、29.33%、21.33%、13.33%、8.00%、9.33%(P<0.05)。实验组患者对尿常规检查的总满意率98.67%、总依从率93.33%高于对照组的77.33%、70.67%(P<0.05)。实验组患者对造成尿常规检查结果不准确的原因、尿常规检查不准确需要采取的措施、阴道分泌物的清洁方法的认知评分分别为(86.63±8.26)、(88.81±8.17)、(89.05±8.62)分,高于对照组的(68.86±7.25)、(70.14±6.33)、(69.63±5.47)分(P<0.05)。结论尿常规检验结果非常容易受到患者阴道分泌物的影响,尿常规检验中,要及时清除患者的阴道分泌物,保证尿液标本采集时阴道周围的清洁,这样可以保证尿液标本不会受到污染,提高检验结果的准确度。Objective To analyze the impact of vaginal secretions on the clinical results of urine routine tests.Methods 150 patients who underwent urine routine tests were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an experimental group based on the urine routine tests implemented by the patients,each with 75 patients.The control group underwent urine collection and urine routine tests without taking other treatment measures,while the experimental group underwent urine collection and urine routine tests after cleaning the vaginal secretions.Comparison was made on relevant indexes of urine samples,the results of urine routine tests,satisfaction with urine routine tests,compliance with urine routine tests,and cognitive level regarding the impact of vaginal secretions on urine routine tests between the two groups.Results The experimental group had urinary glucose of(3.25±1.22)mg/dl,urinary protein of(8.15±1.83)mg/L and urinary specific gravity of(1.017±0.008),which were lower than(6.32±1.48)mg/dl,(11.38±2.51)mg/L and(1.020±0.009)in the control group(P<0.05).The positive detection rates of red blood cells,white blood cells,epithelial cells,nitrite,protein and occult blood in the experimental group were 14.67%,4.00%,0,4.00%,0 and 0,which were lower than 45.33%,29.33%,21.33%,13.33%,8.00%and 9.33%in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate and compliance rate of patients with the urine routine test were 98.67%and 93.33%in the experimental group,which were higher than 77.33%and 70.67%in the control group(P<0.05).The cognitive scores of the experimental group on the reasons for the inaccurate results of urine routine tests,the measures to be taken and the cleaning methods of vaginal secretions were(86.63±8.26),(88.81±8.17)and(89.05±8.62)points,which were higher than(68.86±7.25),(70.14±6.33)and(69.63±5.47)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The results of urine routine tests are easily affected by the patient's vaginal secretions.In urine routine tests,it is necess
