尿液干化学检验在妊娠期糖尿病筛查中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探索尿液干化学检验在妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)筛查中的应用价值。方法选择500例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究组,随机选择同期500例孕期糖代谢正常的单胎健康孕妇为对照组。对两组孕妇进行尿液干化学检验。比较两组孕妇尿液干化学检验结果,分析尿液干化学检验对妊娠期糖尿病的检出率。结果研究组孕妇葡萄糖(7.98±3.78)mmol/L、尿潜血(8.89±2.67)ml/24 h、白细胞(12.78±3.78)个/μl、蛋白质(43.89±11.66)μg/L、尿胆原(9.78±4.71)μmol/L、pH值(6.89±1.02)、尿比重(1.17±0.06)、维生素C(0.48±0.08)mmol/L、亚硝酸盐阳性率64.00%、胆红素阳性率75.20%、酮体阳性率76.00%均高于对照组的(5.78±1.67)mmol/L、(6.41±0.23)ml/24 h、(4.78±1.77)个/μl、(15.82±3.52)μg/L、(4.78±2.02)μmol/L、(4.81±1.21)、(1.00±0.05)、(0.32±0.02)mmol/L、6.60%、2.20%、8.20%(P<0.05)。研究组500例妊娠期糖尿病患者中,采用尿液干化学检验检出354例,检出率为70.80%。结论尿液干化学检验在妊娠期糖尿病筛查中的应用价值较高,妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的尿液干化学检验结果异于健康孕妇,但是其对妊娠期糖尿病的总体检出率并不高,需要配合其他检验方法,以提高妊娠期糖尿病的检出率。Objective To explore the application value of urine dry chemistry test in screening of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods 500 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected as the study group,and 500 singleton healthy pregnant women with normal glucose metabolism during pregnancy during the same period were randomly selected as the control group.Urine dry chemical test was carried out in the two groups of patients.The results of urine dry chemical test were compared between the two groups,and the detection rate of urine dry chemistry test for gestational diabetes mellitus was analyzed.Results In the study group,the glucose was(7.98±3.78)mmol/L,the urine occult blood was(8.89±2.67)ml/24 h,the white blood cell was(12.78±3.78)/μl,the protein was(43.89±11.66)μg/L,the urobilinogen was(9.78±4.71)μmol/L,pH value was(6.89±1.02),the urine specific gravity(1.17±0.06),the vitamin C was(0.48±0.08)mmol/L,the positive rate of nitrite was 64.00%,the positive rate of bilirubin was 75.20%,and the the positive rate of ketone body was 76.00%,which were higher than(5.78±1.67)mmol/L,(6.41±0.23)ml/24 h,(4.78±1.77)/μl,(15.82±3.52)μg/L,(4.78±2.02)μmol/L,(4.81±1.21),(1.00±0.05),(0.32±0.02)mmol/L,6.60%,2.20%,and 8.20%in the control group(P<0.05).Among 500 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in the study group,354 cases were detected by urine dry chemical test,the detection rate was 70.80%.Conclusion Urine dry chemical test is of high application value in screening pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.The results of urine dry chemistry test in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus are different from those of healthy pregnant women.However,from the overall detection rate,the overall detection rate of urine dry chemical test for gestational diabetes mellitus is not high,and it needs to be combined with other tests to improve the detection rate of gestational diabetes mellitus.
